Hi, I’m Yvonne.
A designer based in Toronto, Ontario.

I work best when I can hold the whole problem at once: scoping discovery, framing it with stakeholders, designing through launch, then iterating once it's in real hands. For me, the thread between research and finished product is the job.

I've spent most of my career at the intersection of complex systems and real users: a network engineer responding to an alert, a researcher trying to get their work in front of industry, or a brand figuring out what composable commerce means for their roadmap.

Outside work you'll find me running (two marathons in), chasing good food, raving about tea, or planning the next mountain to climb.
